New exhaust gas piping and the connection in the block 25, Česká rafinérská, a.s., Kralupy refinery, has been handed over according to the time schedule.
The subject matter of this action, which had been prepared for more then 9 months, was to restore the exhaust gas piping at the existing production block and to connect the exhaust gas system to a new flare stack carried out earlier within the framework of another action.
Most works were carried on during the 24 day shut-down. There was an average of 132 workers operating for our company, 183 workers during peek periods. The total of 113.8 t of piping, fitting and anchorage was dismantled. Extensions of the existing steel structures were made in the range of 82 t. We have installed 154.8 t of piping and anchoring, 62 pcs of new safety valves and 241 new stop valves. We have dismantled, renewed and installed again 109 pcs of safety valves and 107 stop valves. New and renewed stop valves have been provided with 322 pcs of locking devices.
