Intecha, spol. s r.o. was founded on March 18th 1992 as a design, engineering and trading company in area petrochemical, oil refining and chemical industry. In 1993 it expended the offer of its services to include procurement activities and the complete handling of projects in the form of turnkey deliveries.
The gradual accumulation of experience from all fields of the company’s activities has made possible its continuous growth and its ability to handle steadily more complex technical problems connected with the supplies of complete technological facilities for capital construction projects.
Since March 1995 Intecha, spol. s r.o. has moved into its current premises at Argentinska Street 320/34 in Prague 7. Here it is continuing in its further development.
A logical consequence of the company’s growing technical proficiency was the opening of a branch in Hradec Králové and an offices at Unipetrol RPA Litvínov and Synthos Kralupy.
Since the year 2001 there has been implemented a process model of Quality Management System under ISO 9001 regulations. The system has been, due to increasing requirements, supplemented by Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Environmental Protection Management. Management System is certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance.
The daughter company INTECHA Deutschland GmbH was founded in Germany in May 2015. The aim is to enhance worldwide marketing of Intecha.
Currently Intecha, spol. s r.o. belongs among the strong design, engineering and trading company, providing qualified services both domestic and foreign markets.
