INNOVATION AND EXPANSION OF DICYKLOHEXYLAMINE PRODUCTION

The aim of this project was the complete engineering and implementation of optimization of the existing cyclohexylamine (CHA) and dicyclohexylamine (DCHA) production plant for DCHA production only with the target of intensifying production up to the level of 10 kt/year.

 

WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR THE WASTE WATERS PROSEED FROM CRUDE OIL TREATMENT PROCESS AT EPEP CENTRO

Development of the Conceptual Engineering/Feasibility Study, which will provide an optimal and viable technological solution for the new Wastewaters Treatment Plant of waste waters coming from the crude oil treatment process of EPEP Centro, which allows to disposed the treated waste water into the sea.

 

COKE AND TAR REMOVAL PACKAGE FROM QUENCH WATER IN ETHYLENE PLANT

The scope was design and procurement of a Coke and Tar Removal Package (CTRP) from the quench water loop at the ethylene plant (EP). The CTRP removed coke without any necessity for shutdown of the quench water loop, with no negative impact to the environment and to health and safety.

The aim of the study was to assess possible variants of the technical solution and the finding the optimal variant of coke removal from steam-air mixture during furnace decoking of the ethylene unit, to fulfil the legislative emission limit.
