The main objective of the project was to increase safety in the Storage of liquified gases (SKP) during loading and unloading of rail tank cars by liquified hydrocarbon gases.
Design and procurement of a filtration unit for the quench oil loop. The filtration unit removes solid coke particles without any necessity for shutdown of the ethylene plant (EP), with no negative impact to the environment and to health and safety. The principle of the process is the continuous removal of solid particles in hydrocyclones with subsequent filtration and washing procedure to obtain a dry solid phase. The process is designed and owned by Intecha.
Design and procurement of a granulation line for production of polypropylene pellets.
Design and procurement of The Coke Removal Unit (CRU) for the quench oil loop.
This project increased the capacity of the unloading equipment on 151 railway and the capacity of LPG transfer from the storage facility to the ethylene unit.
The constructed unit was intended to treat an increased amount of BTX fraction (benzene, toluene and xylene) in connection with an increase in the capacity of the ethylene unit, and it increased production of benzene in combination with the existing procedure of benzene production in Pyrotol unit.
The project was started due to a critical condition of one the essential equipment of the ethylene unit – caustic wash column, providing final purity of produced ethylene and propylene. Intecha carried out reconstruction and revamp of an existing unused column to the new caustic wash column.
The increase of the capacity of feedstock lines including an automatic dewatering unit and a filtration unit for the feedstock prior the inlet to pyrolysis furnaces. Process Intecha.
Storage and dosing of DMDS agent for protection of steam-cracking coils against the formation of coke and carbon monoxide.
