Reconstruction of the flare system of ethylene unit and storages with a capacity of 150 t/h of flare for smokeless combustion.
It featured reconstruction of the flare – (recalculation to new conditions, replacement of the burner for a new one including the pilot burners, the thermocouples, the ignition panel, control of steam flow and all the associated parts) and reconstruction of the piping system of the flare (design of the process including the control system and other associated equipment).
The execution was carried out during shut down of the petrochemical plant.
