The objective of the project was to increase the storage capacity of a depressant in Kralupy refinery.

The depressant is added in winter to diesel and gas oil in order to decrease the point of solidification. Execution of the project consisted of reconstruction and modification of the existing storage tank, installation of new pumps for transport of the depressant including piping connections and installation of instrumentation and control devices.
