The aim of this project is to achieve the required quality of the produced stabilized gasoline from gasoline hydrogenation unit in sulfur and nitrogen content up 0.5 ppm throughout catalyst’s service life (60 months).
This requirement is based on the need to provide quality raw material for optimum operation following continuous reforming unit. Higher sulfur and nitrogen content lead to a reduction of reformate octane number.
The proposed solution consists of the new reactor and new compressors installation in an existing naphtha hydrotreating unit.
